Gulfstream G700 reaches 50 deliveries
Gulfstream announced last Tuesday (20) the delivery of the 50th unit of the G700 model, less than a year after the aircraft began operations in April 2024. The delivery was made at the manufacturer's completion center in Savannah, United States.
Since then, the fleet has accumulated more than 11,700 flight hours in global operations. According to Gulfstream, the model's performance has sustained the increase in demand. "Reaching fifty deliveries at this stage of the program demonstrates the maturity of the aircraft and the quality of our production and finishing techniques," said Mark Burns, president of the company.
The G700 stands out for offering the largest cabin in business aviation, with a high degree of customization. Available features include high-speed internet connection, circadian lighting system, expanded galley (ultragalley), suite with fixed bed and shower, as well as award-winning seats.
The cabin is pressurized with 100% fresh air and offers ample natural light. The cabin altitude is 2,840 feet while cruising at 41,000 feet, the lowest in the category, according to the manufacturer.
With more than eighty city-pair speed records, the G700 has a range of 7,750 nautical miles at Mach 0.85 or 6,650 nautical miles at Mach 0.90. Maximum operating speed is Mach 0.935.
